We went here to celebrate our Anniversary, they were without power due to Hurricane Milton, so we went home, and returned the following weekend. I ordered the Seafood in white sauce over Linguine and this was $29.00. When it came to the table it had a very strong fishy smell, not bad but strong. Looking at it, it seemed oddly familiar and then it hit me that all of it was a Frozen mix, the only thing possibly fresh being two small clams. To make matters worse, the sauce or base of this dish, was made up of a 1/2 cup of CANNED CLAMS, which is why the “sauce” was gray and watery. Looking at other photos folks have posted, this is how they’ve served this for quite some time. My point in writing this is that for $29.00 to get a dish made of No local FRESH seafood, but rather Frozen with a CANNED CLAM base is shameful.
Fantastic! Better food and prices than Little Italy! It's almost as good as Federal Hill! Will be back soon!

Super nice atmosphere you’re greeted with smiles as you walk in. The food was pretty good it took me awhile to decide what i wanted they have a pretty large menu to choose from I had gotten calamari as an appetizer it was pretty good kinda crispy but the marinara sauce they gave with it was delicious also the bread they give is so good, they give great portions of everything which i loved!

Really upset! I am not a food critic but I was born and raised in Italy and this restaurant is not authentic Italian food! Not very kid friendly for families spent a lot of money to sit outside with flies even though there was plenty of empty table inside we were forced to sit outside since we didn’t have a reservation!!! I have to say that our waitress was very nice at least and kitchen was fast which means that food is probably not made fresh! I never seen a Margherita with crushed tomatoes on it and I am from Napoli! I didn’t complain because I am not the type but for the price they charged you were expect fresh ingredients and real Italian food! My first and last time to this place. Ciao!

Italian Grill is always on point! Tonite we went in after 12 hour drive in pouring rain. Ellen and the other staff members went above and beyond to make everything special. It was sister's birthday. I can't thank them enough for making everything perfect! For them it's standard operating procedure, but for us it was comfort food and a warm inviting family welcome back to Vero. Thank you!

Calamari was great, soup was great, fettuccine Alfredo tasted like burnt garlic and the eggplant rollatini was good, but a bit thin. Been there before, gave it another try and it's about the same for $50 for two dinners

Went with family. First visit. Madison took good care of us. Food was all good but my pasta had a lot of water in the bottom of the bowl from not being drained enough. Great sauce though and plenty of calamari. Everyone else enjoyed theirs. Wonderful to find spumoni and it was quite delicious. Prices were reasonable. A bit loud but that was probably due to everyone trying to talk over the drunk at the next table. Hopefully, next time it will be cooler weather and we’ll sit outside.
