So, I’ve eaten at some beautiful restaurants all over the world, been lucky enough the live in LA, Prague, NY, New Orleans, etc. This is one of the 5 best meals I have eaten in my life. Fresh, original, perfectly prepared. The octopus, difficult to get right, better than the North End in Boston. Perfect drizzle, cooked so tender, but not over cooked, you can cut it with a fork. This place was fantastic! First of all- the service was perfect. Mickey was attentive to our table without ever hovering. Friendly and great with suggestions about the menu. The food was genuinely stellar. We got the gig flatbread which was just the most delicious thing. Plus Bruscetta as good as I’ve ever had it- warm perfect bread- and an amazing fondue and octopus. Super fun environment and we met the owners who were just delightful. Can’t recommend this place more highly....
Great place. I was there once before and of course had their amazing fondue. This time I decided to try their regular type dishes. I started with the Mac n cheese, the days special was a Swiss and cheddar whiskey mac. The crunch on top of the dish was perfect. However, once you got to the cheese it was very very very subtle.
