This place is just disappointing. Staff does not care and the service is so slow. Better off going to a sit down restaurant or another fast-food chain because you’ll easily wait 20-30 mins before you can get your meal

At 9 pm on March 7 No customers in the store , the app didn’t work and 40 minutes to have an ice cream cone and a hot fudge Sunday. I post my pics about it on the pics option. I have no clue how they end up doing such a mess !

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I literally waited 15 minutes for a large fry And when they gave it to me it was not worth $5 of fries so I came inside to get a refund and the lady tells me there’s going to be a wait for my refund. Like seriously why are we waiting so long for FAST food. This McDonald’s should be shut down indefinitely because they hire stupid people that have no customer service and can’t even follow simple instructions.

As a former McDonald's General Manager that spent over 6 years with the company. I feel I have the levity to say this is the worst McDonald's in not only Vero Beach, but maybe Florida. Corporate run stores serve one purpose, turn a profit. They do not care about service, cleanliness, or your food. The staff is setup for failure. Everytime I order from here, my food is consistently bad, cold, and wrong. You should take your dollar to the other stores in Vero that are locally owned, operated, and care.
