Requested to dine in and got the requested table tent. Food was never brought to the table. Apparently, and employee announced my food, but it wasn't heard and the kiosk didn't print a receipt. I finally went to the counter and my food was there in a bag and cold and not on a dine in tray. This is the second time this has happened. I will not return to this store!

This place is never good anymore. I NEVER get what I order. They screw something up every time! Fries are never crisp-raw in fact. Don’t ever think they will be fresh. I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh food!! Who wants to unwrap their food and take the time to see if it’s what you order. Not me.

Not sure what the deal was tonight but Camila in the drive thru was the least pleasant person we’ve met in Vero in the last 6 trips down here. We also waited an extremely long time for our food. We got to the window and the manager asks us what we’re ordered and had us hand the receipt to him. Didn’t end up pulling off until 10:26.
Probably the worst mcdonalds in town, id coohse any other location over this one. Counterperson will activatly ignore you to get you to use kiosks; has the added disadvantage that you get ignored if you need exta napkins, salt/pepper etc. Once you pay me to order my food i will use the kiosk. Protip: at this location just order drive thru then walk inside with your food, forces them to give you service.

Employees are to busy gossiping and staring at you instead of aknowledging you exist in the establishment. Food was good and was as expected, but, when I have to lean over to grab my tray because the cashier was to busy gossiping with the manager is a little unacceptable in my eyes. Kinda made me feel like I was not welcome here to feed my daughter.

Drive-thru,,,,,,Order iced coffee with cream, no sugar. They can’t comprehend how to make it without adding sugar. Go back into the store. I get an iced coffee that looks like milk. You’re better off driving 5 miles to another McDonald’s then going to this one.

Hard workers, consistent in food quality, service is quick and that is great for this location which had some staffing issues a long while back. When you see the same staff for months to years you know they are hopefully well taken care of and that means happy customers. Thank you to these most often very nice employees. *Negative reviews- I get this, always check the bag before hitting the gas peddle!! That's like every fast food place unfortunately.
