UMAMI Noodle Thai & Sushi

We will definitely be back!!! We have driven by a few times and thought the place was closed. I'm so glad we stopped in, our food was absolutely delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was quite and enjoyable. I had the pineapple fried rice with scallops and the kids had the noodles and soup, I don't remember the name of the noodle dish but coming from a picky eater, he cleared his plate and has been asking to go back for more!!!!

A great find in the area. Wonderful service and amazing food. I haven’t had authentic Thai food like this in a while. It was a needed change.

I’m not one to post bad reviews as I like to give people the benefit of the doubt however this was pretty damn bad. We were a group of 5. Four of us got sushi and one got Pho. It took 20 minutes for them to even get our orders. Then I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my pho and then the sushi for everybody else came out one by one every 10 minutes or so. The sushi came out warm which it was not supposed to be as it’s raw fish. A couple of the ingredients looked a little dodgy as well. There was also hair in one of the rolls. One of the sushi orders ordered extra tuna on the side and was not brought out. The manager then came out and argued with us after he forgot to bring out the extra and that felt pretty unprofessional. After all that the restaurant had closed at 9(we got there at 7). We were kinda annoyed so we asked for the check and the waiter randomly took our cards and I guess didn’t pay attention to what we had told them the checks would be originally. It was 3 checks, which I understand can be a bit of a pain but certainly not out of the usual. Our checks were totally out of place. Not even same checks on different cards, but completely different items on completely the wrong cards and checks. Lucky we all just counted it as an IOU but seriously disappointed. The waiter Art was very unprofessional as well. I don’t ever expect people to bend a knee to us but he had zero hospitality and made a couple jokes at our expense. I hate to throw him under the bus but it was truly unexpected. The manager and waiter both were not up to proper service standards. Disappointed for a a place we have been going to for years, Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Terrible service, waited an hour for my sushi just for it to be lukewarm at best. Sushi tastes off and I fear I may get food poisoning. Wouldn't recommend coming here even if the food was free because you will pay with all the time you wasted. The service used to be great I suppose management slipped and with that came a slip in desire to make the customer pleased drop beyond acceptable levels. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Had an excellent dining experience at Umami. I hadn’t been since ownership changed and the food is much better quality than the previous Noodle House. Service was great and the interior has been updated. Highly recommend!

We are in Vero for three weeks and have eaten here ten times. We keep going back great soups and chicken and veggies the salad is awesome have not had a bad dish. We highly recommend it.

I just had a such a disappointing experience. My self, my 3 yr old & fiancée went for a soup bowl dinner. We actually had looked ahead & picked what we wanted to order before we got there. We arrived & they did appear busy but most tables were done with their meals. We sat at a booth the manager came after a few mins to bring us our menus & thanked us for patiently waiting. More & more time went at least another 10 or 15 mins. The waitress asked us if we ordered water....I told her no, no one has talked to us yet. She said, ok I will be right with you. More time passes. Still nothing. Another family comes in & gets immediately sat, given menus & the waitress came to take their drink order (I assume) within 10 mins. We still have had no one take our drink or food order...that we already knew we wanted. I am completely infuriated! She purposefully ignored us......we have a toddler that is hungry & was so excited to eat there. I was so upset I took my family & left with a screaming toddler begging to stay!!! But how much longer should we wait for service ???? 3o mins is reasonable to get a drink order in a small resturant? It is now an hour & 30 mins later we finally are eating.? Almost 9pm. My son is too tired to eat now is going to bed hungry on the coldest night of the yr. I'm so upset & feel like our whole night was ruined.

Owner’s are very nice and welcoming. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered takeout. First time the food was excellent. I ordered the same dish: Drunken Noodles.Tonight the chicken was tough and the noodles were all stuck together. Won’t go back.
