Ocean Grill was highly recommended to us and we were looking forward to eating there. We both ordered the famous crab cake burger as it was described as having lump crab. Expectations were dashed by reality. The crab cakes were a mushy/undercooked mess. It was definitely NOT a lump crab cake.

We also ordered onion rings. They also were disappointing. The rings came out lukewarm at best. For the cost of the meal, it was very disappointing.

This restaurant was a busy place. The food was average, but the onion rings were terrible to a point we couldn't eat them. It felt a bit chaotic in the restaurant and prices seemed a bit high for the quality served. I suppose oceanfront restaurants charge more, but it should still be a quality meal.

Iconic Vero Beach establishment - the staff is always extremely professional and friendly. The menu isn't large, but what's on it is very well prepared and sure to please - each and every selection. The view from the bar is a nice bonus!
