Great restaurant with food, service and great views. One of the best restaurants in Vero Beach.
Not only is the food outstanding. The staff is wonderful. We were there during an afternoon down pour. We watch the pool staff work as a well oiled team moving people indoors and securing the pool area. It was so well coordinated it looked like a scene out of a choreographed play. Inside staff equally on board handling newcomers. Our favorite waitress, Trina and manager Meagan were keeping a rainy afternoon upbeat and enjoyable.
Food was superb, value is good compared to today's standards/prices. It was a little loud as the restaurant was full and there was a pianist playing.

The Wave Kitchen & Bar is a hidden gem of a restaurant, tucked inside a luxurious beach resort. It offers delicious food, blending upscale coastal cuisine with Latin flair. The service is friendly and impeccable, with staff that is patient, attentive, and handles everything with professionalism and grace. The atmosphere is tranquil and soothing, featuring a chic, tropical setting with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. It's a great spot for a special occasion, but guests should be cautious of the potentially loud piano music on music nights.
The menu features delectable dishes like lobster bisque, paella, and blackened snapper. New seasonal items, such as burrata and peaches, have delighted returning customers. The grilled chicken is also very flavorful, and the drinks, particularly Gloria's Cosmo, are highly praised. Desserts are a wide choice of selection from flourless chocolate cake and espresso gelato to flan and churros, all of which are delicious.
While the restaurant generally provides an excellent dining experience, there have been a few instances where they have not fully acknowledged special occasions, which can be disappointing for guests.
