I was traveling through the area and had the opportunity to be served by the female team leader with the dark hair. She was fabulous! She made my difficult day a little more pleasant and I am grateful for her! I just wish I could remember her name.
Good, but expensive
First time going into a Panera to eat a meal, used to go in for just coffee or tea. Ordered the apple salad and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, half of each, and my mom had the broccoli cheddar cheese soup with the BLT, half portions as well. The soup was very good as well as the sandwiches. The apple salad wasn't too bad, just didn't like the arugula in it. I would go to this location again in the future. The staff at the register was very nice and polite and helpful.
Yummy! Avacodo toast And spinch souffle were amazing
I had not been to a Panera bread in many years and it used to a very small, cozy store down in Miami. This was huge. It was a surprise. But it was good. I went in for coffee and coffee was good. I also got a chocolate croissant and not what I would have liked. Coffee was ready pretty fast and the croissant was served on a plate, that was unexpected. I have yet to try other things. Service was good.
Not clean, easy to find crawling ants here and there. There are crumbs everywhere, so no wonder. There is an employee wondering around aimlessly, I imagine his job is to clean, but? Empty hands, no rag and spray, and empty tables full of crumbs. To me also, the food has lost quality over the years. Been going to Paneras at multiple states for many years and every time I go now I wish I didn’t. I hope they get on their game and improve on everything. Lastly has pagers at self cashier and they never work.
The sandwich was good but expensive. Two sandwiches with medium coffee $32

We ordered two sandwiches and a Greek salad the sandwich is barely had any meat on it and had very little flavor the Greek salad looked limp and old and soggy that and two cookies in the bill was $38 we've been long time Panera customers but this has been the worst meal we've had in a long time

Manager Bri has a bad attitude - she’s better suited for pawn shop management than hospitality.

I went in to order a beef French dip, which came with a side of French onion soup. The cashier said she couldn’t give me the beef French dip because they were out of the French onion soup. I said that I would happily substitute tomato soup. She told me she could not do that and could not give me a substitution without charging me in full for the tomato soup because it came with the French onion soup.
Bri, the manager, came to the register and I reiterated that I wanted a Beef French dip with a side of tomato soup since no French onion soup was available. She was very rude and had an attitude and insisted that I could not have tomato soup as a substitution - that I would have to pay for it. I went ahead and told her to charge me for the tomato soup and I went to wait for my food.
The four people in line behind me were all served their food before me. I finally got my food and took it to the car only to discover that I had a spicy chicken sandwich instead. I brought it back in and said I ordered the French dip sandwich. She snatched the bag. Went to remake my sandwich. As I was leaving, she said very loudly and with a nasty tone: “Have a nice day!” I got home and opened my food, only to discover that she gave me the same sandwich back! I checked the receipt and she rang me up for a chicken sandwich, knowing full well that I ordered the beef French dip, and was willing to pay for a side of tomato soup.
Horrible attitude, horrible service. Not surprised at the other reviews that I read about a nasty female manager who has no business being in customer service.

Wanted soup & sandwich after getting out of the hospital, had my husband go to Panera - our first time. Although the soup was good (Crm chicken & wild rice soup) the 1/2 sandwich (BLT chicken & avo) was falling apart and inedible. I ended up throwing it away. We won’t be back. Prices are too high for what you get ($19 for soup, half a sandwich and a drink) and they always seem to get my drive through order wrong. Last week I went through the drive through and they told me to wait in a particular parking space up ahead. I waited for over 12 min then I went inside and the order was just sitting there in a bag. They said they went to the car but noone was there? Ridiculous...of course I was there.
