Had the new cheesy bite pizza and it was delicious. Also got a hand tossed cheese pizza, which was also great. The pizzas were ready at the exact time stated when ordered through the app. Cashier was very nice. No issues with my order or experience. Would definitely return.

An extremely disturbing experience I had at one of your locations. The service was not only slow, but the staff was shockingly unprofessional and abusive. One employee cursed me out simply for asking if I could get light marinara sauce or pay extra for it. She was on FaceTime the entire time, completely distracted, and then told me I should’ve ordered through DoorDash instead.

What’s worse — she actually **threatened to spit in my food.** I have video proof of her yelling at me, cursing, and acting aggressively. This made me feel completely disrespected, unsafe, and humiliated as a paying customer.

When I asked for a refund due to how I was treated, they refused. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for any business — let alone a national chain like Pizza Hut. I’m extremely disappointed and hope this is escalated immediately and handled with the seriousness it deserves.
I tipped her $20 just to show her you shouldn’t treat ppl so rude

Excited to see a new pizza location to try but was disappointed. This is only a take out no sit down. Very small inside and when I went on a Saturday it was buzy with orders backed and errors. The inside where you wait looked dirty. The bathroom is locked only available for employees. The pizza didnt have much sauce on it nor cheese. I had better frozen pizza. The worst is on busy shopping plaza night you can not find a parking place to make a quick pick up. Plan a good walk to get your pizza. Better places in the area. I won't be back.

I placed a $130.98 order after seeing an ad for their new location. Three pasta bowls were missing from my order. I called twice and was told by the call center they can’t help, and they forward me to the restaurant. I waited on hold for ten minutes the first time. Someone picked up and immediately hung up. I called a second time. The phone rang for twelve minutes, and again, someone picked up and immediately hung up. I will be denying charges with my bank, and won’t be ordering delivery from this location again.
