If I'm paying $17 for one meal don't force me to use a kiosk to order my food. Lack of service inside Popeye's now is horrible, and for the price you charge? Going anywhere else from now on.

If you want to punish yourself and get scammed go here. I went there today and when I got my food they forgot my drink I told them I didn’t get my drink and they didn’t say a word 3 of them just looked at me and stared at me for about 30 seconds, then one decided to stop being lazy and grab my drink but instead of making the drink he put only the syrup in the cup and handed it to me so I walked over to the drink machine and put my own sweet tea in there and mixed it up and it ended up being the worst drink I’ve ever had then once I get back to my house I check the bag and they forgot half of my order

By far the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I was on my way home from a road trip. I was greeted and served with out an attitude. First time I’ve ever ordered at a Popeyes and not felt guilty for asking for simple things like sauces or utensils. To the employees who were working keep crushing it!

I'm track driver I came for lunch with a friend, the staff is completely irresponsible, they have no culture, nothing, they can’t even say hello normally, I’ll post one photo of the employee now, very bad behavior, I’m very I really ask the employee or manager to solve all these problems, dear drivers, do not come, do not order anything, do not eat here, we will simply waste our time, we thought this There will be a bistro I stood and waited for my order for 40 minutes, even more. All my order was wrong,we asked mild chicken, for family size,we got spicy,we asked mashed potatoes we got rice,and was not even family size until I went back to tell them was wrong order,even then she didn't remember she put me spicy chicken .we asked miled because of medical problems so we couldn't enjoy all our meal. Te food at least was fresh made.
Food was great but Service is the only one i’m giving 1Star. The cashier guy behave like he don’t wann work. He just do whatever he want, he don’t wann grateful. Even when we want to place an order. We waited for 5-7minutes . The guy just doing nothing but behave like he doing something. We called him to take an order. Even after 5min he showed up👎. He not even talking at all. They messed up my order because the cashier don’t wann talk to anyone not only ours. The only one lady doing everything . Remaining everyone was boys doing nothing. Worst experience first time. But the food was beast.

Chicken was dry and Uneditable. They didn’t have legs so they substitute dry wings. We were right there and they didn’t even ask us to substitute.. Worst chicken we have ever had and normally we like Popeyes. We paid $35 and couldn’t even eat the chicken. Do not eat there.

UPDATE : 1-10-2025 went back got chicken tenders and I AM PRETTY SURE leather would’ve been easier to eat
All this place has it good looking women working at it
I bet you anything the boss is nail and most of them They’d rather be on their phone anyways
