Don't even waste your time or money coming to this place, besides the horrible service they will serve you old food and argue with you telling you that it just came out fresh.
I politely asked for my chicken tenders to be made fresh and that I had no problem waiting and the manager that did not want to tell me her name that started with the letter B, told me that they just came up and that if I didn't want them I would have to order something else because they're not gonna drop any fresh food.
Everything was cold and hard, we might as well eaten the trash that was scattered inside the restaurant because they didn't bother cleaning after anybody either.
If I could give it zero stars I would

I had 4 pc chicken last night. I did take out, when I opened the box I found chicken full of oil and didn’t felt fresh. Also there was some white stains on chicken too. Had to throw away the food. Bad experience. Do some good.

They charge you A arm n leg for a side.. but yet they dont fill it up. Plus it seems as if this red beans and rice been sitting all day because it has a sour taste . And now I cant go back in because they are closed. You guys need to do better.

Popeyes in Vero West is sadder every day! There is too often sarcastic workers at the cashier. Order the 10 piece wings and are told they don't have any when your staring right at them. Or how about wanting two apple pies that are right in front of your eyes and told it will be 10 minutes. Would be a great spot for a Popeye's!
Today is 9/5/25 I went in at 11 am. I don’t know if it's like this every day but the chicken was not greasy,fried to perfection, and the staff was courteous. Great job today!! I normally never eat poepyes, but this location was great! Only if other locations did this well,it would be a great fast food chain.

Ordered a family meal, well almost 30 minutes later I finally walked out of there just to get home and find the sides were wrong and they threw all the chicken. Spicy & Regular right on top of each other. This place has gone down hill. Don't waste your time here. Go to the one on US1.

If I'm paying $17 for one meal don't force me to use a kiosk to order my food. Lack of service inside Popeye's now is horrible, and for the price you charge? Going anywhere else from now on.

If you want to punish yourself and get scammed go here. I went there today and when I got my food they forgot my drink I told them I didn’t get my drink and they didn’t say a word 3 of them just looked at me and stared at me for about 30 seconds, then one decided to stop being lazy and grab my drink but instead of making the drink he put only the syrup in the cup and handed it to me so I walked over to the drink machine and put my own sweet tea in there and mixed it up and it ended up being the worst drink I’ve ever had then once I get back to my house I check the bag and they forgot half of my order
