Great coffee and food! Service is friendly and quick! I stumbled on this place and am so happy I did. Even had live music - which was wonderful and did not overwhelm the place. What a little gem!

Scones are my favorite! Whenever I visit Vero Beach, I stop and buy some at Rio. They are delicious. And the flavors are unique. I just purchased Cocoa Pebbles and a Matcha white chocolate. Yum!
