If you enjoy being ignored by Starbucks staff while they complain to their co workers about management and working conditions, then definitely visit this location. Otherwise go to the location near the interstate for a way better, typical Starbucks experience

This location is terrible. We went in to get drinks and were charged a bunch of extra charges when we asked when they were they said “light ice” charge. We said we don’t extra drink, same measurements just less ice. Not one time did they say there was a charge while ringing it in. Even when we said we don’t want extra drink we just don’t want the ice didn’t matter. If you don’t like your job, get a new one no one is forcing you to work at Starbucks, but don’t be rude just to be rude.

Worst Starbucks ever the younger girl who’s homegirl was standing on the side talking to her while she’s working just blocking the whole counter and the older guy had no clue what they’re doing. They’re out of so many things my drink tasted so bad.

I stopped by yesterday with my boyfriend. We hadn’t eaten and we were very hungry. It was around noon. There were no available seats so we started to eat while standing, waiting for a seat. One of the Starbucks cashiers (white female) went to the cashier in Pizza Hut to point us out and glance at us disapprovingly. I’m not sure whether it was racist or just rude. I just mouthed the words “waiting for a seat” to the Pizza Hut cashier, as he told her to stop talking, noticing that we noticed her criticizing us. I’m giving 3 stars because the food was amazing and the other cashier (Asian) was really nice and she even apologized saying “I’m sorry we don’t have enough seats” when she saw us eating standing up.

No bacon or gruyere cheese in my egg bites. Watered down chocolate almond espresso (what espresso). Don’t be cheap on product or training.

I let them know about my dairy allergy and they washed the shaker so they could make me a pink drink. Technically it's not me with the allergy, but my baby, but because I'm nursing I can't have any dairy. I thought this was really sweet of them, and they went above and beyond ♥️

They don't ask hot or cold so you absolutely cannot assume they will make it correctly. Cold carmel in an iced coffee with it being mostly milk is straight garbage. Rather have gave the money to charity.
