I used to make it my business to stop at this Subway because I wanted to support the owner and I got great service. Not the case this time. The two ladies appeared to be upset with a schedule or something. I ordered a roast beef sandwich thinking that it was the garlic roast beef. No big deal. As I am not a student of the Subway menu, I obviously ordered incorrectly and should have stated “garlic”. The two ladies had derogatory commentary online incorrect ordering process. Service has definitely changed at this location. I will not be in such a hurry to come and support this business in the future. Demeanor and attitude of two ladies working was simply unwelcome, and not at the levels that used to be. I simply believe that Colts working should focus on providing a positive experience for customers coming in. I still wish this business is the best in the future.

On 9 Jan,2025 at 2:06pm I was here. White girl serving here, she is very polite. On other hand black lady was on cashier. She is very rude, don’t know how to speak with customers. I ask for meal, I paid for it. She never offered me receipt and no chips. When I ask for that, she will be like grab and go frm here. That not the way u talk with your customers. If u don’t wanna work sit at home but don’t ruin someone’s day with your horrible attitude. Five stars for white girl, working hard and fast for customers.

I find out why this subway has bad reviews I ordered 2 salads and said little more onions she charge $ 1.96 extra. And the server was rude she making a salad like she don't want to work but working there. Anyways good luck subway and TA
Giving a 3 star because of the other employees. There was one guy who was making sandwiches that was so nice and friendly while the other person was “on break” and just happen to go on break once there was about 5 people in line. Took forever because other worker wouldn’t help. Flatbread i got was hard and just didn’t taste like it normally does, wanted to get a cookie but didn’t want to wait. Other person should be fired, he could of helped the friendly guy trying to get 10 customers at once.

I was the first customer the morning they were opening. I ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich. The bread was old, which is the worst of all, a subway with bad bread shouldn't work. They couldn't heat it up and the service was bad bad bad. The faces of those I was serving were of displeasure and they were rude, they never even said good morning back to me or even looked at the client's face. I would never return to a place like this. . I have no way to give it half a star
