I thought I would save it for later, but I just sat in the parking lot and devoured the almond puff pastry. Ridiculously delicious. That and the half caff iced cookie butter latte ought to get me back to the other coast with plenty of sugar/caffeine energy and a smile on my face. I will definitely come back when I am here next year. Also, what a treat to meet and see the artwork of a second generation Highwayman artist. He and the barista were so nice.

Can I just say how ADORABLE this place is inside!!!!?? The decor is everything! Every time I go there I have the best experience and I gotta say the customer service is always top tier as well! They are so sweet in there and told me they have another location for more of a “nightlife” hot spot to go to! I have to check it out, I’ve been hearing such great things about the cocktails there! WILL BE CHECKING IT OUT FOR SURE! But the blueberry muffins...

WOW! I am having a hard time describing how incredible the pecan cinnamon bun was. The rich cinnamon flavor was the perfect sweet treat but the pecans and the buttery flavor took it to another level. My only regret is not getting another one, but that's what tomorrow is for. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a memorable treat.
