I went for lunch at 1 pm on 6/26/25. All of the staff were beyond pleasant and happy, and attentive! I want owner to know. It was empty, and they could have been goofing off but it was totally apposite. I was a breath of fresh air in this society today! Made my day …. Truly. Oh and bagels great too

I drove 45 minutes to have lunch specifically at Brooklyn Water Bagel. I have eaten at the Orlando location a few times. The bagels & toasted muffin are A+. I expected the same thing from this location. I was very disappointed & I’ll drive to Orlando next I get a craven for it. The bagel was tough & dense. I squeezed most of the cream cheese outside bagel trying to get a bite. I don’t think they’re following the recipe. Also all but 2 tables were clean & the floor needed sweeping & mopping. The cashier was ok but not very personable.

I think there has been a change in management or cook, or maybe both. The pastrami is being heated in a microwave and not slice in front of you. I missed the pictures of Brooklyn, Coney Island, and the names of famous Brooklyn-nites. Everything has changed. I am looking for an authentic Jewish deli and bakery in the Brevard and Indian River Counties.

They make the bagels on site. They are the best!

We have eaten here several times and each time is better than the last. I had a very particular but simple order and they went above and beyond to make sure I got it. The owner and the staff were very friendly, personable and had a great sense of humors. I am now a regular at this amazing restaurant!

Pretty good I need food and it was raining.
I've had better... Bagel needed to be toasted, egg melted, egg was thick, but okay

I used to really enjoy the bagels and service here. Unfortunately, time and time again issues arise. I ordered two egg and cheese bagels. One was supposed to be an Asiago bagel with provolone - received a salt bagel with American cheese. The other was supposed to be a sesame with cream cheese and egg - I received an everything with corn beef and American cheese. If you’re making these kinds of mistakes, doesn’t bode well for the brand and whomever hired management and employees.

Can’t say enough how well this place is ran. The employees are always welcoming you with smiles, and great vibes. Very great food as well. I get the Brooklyn it’s just so good the eggs are fluffy and bacon is great. Coffee is refillable as well. Very great breakfast place to eat.

The last 3 times we have came to this location quality is pretty low. The bagels don't have a standard and have just been bad. Staff isn't friendly and doesn't really care. Definitely not worth 10$ for 2 bagels. Used to love this place.

Never knew this place existed. Delightfully surprised by their kindness, patience, and generosity. The employees of this bagel shop went out of their way to explain menu choices. The manager sincerely wanted you to feel important, treating you as a welcome guest. I was able to try a few of the many styles and flavors of drinks that were available. My friend, who was from NY, enjoyed the names of the items that brought back memories of their home. That even led to conversations with other people in the restaurant which also reminded me of the New England community atmosphere where you could hear how much the people loved the area that they lived, even though they were from different states. It made me feel like I was home. I felt welcome. It's was like I was a friend with perfect strangers.

Food was not good, eggs are pulled out in a pre made patty form that they just microwave, no spices or flavors in anything, avocado tasted like plastic, this place should be sued by the state of New York for slandering their name.
