Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I visited this location today for lunch and being that it’s a friday i understand a lot of customers but there was nobody in the store and i wasn’t even greeted. Employees and managers alike walked by without even acknowledged me. Will not return

Hey it's Popeyes 🤷🏾 service actually surprisingly decent chicken always banging !! They have some good value specials going on at the time under like $7 bucks too

I dont know what it is about Popeyes. There's always a bottleneck issue. Nobody greets you when you come in or while you're standing at the register waiting to order. Greeting someone and telling them to give you a few minutes goes a long ways.
Tables dirty with trash food on them, bathrooms gross. I had to wipe down the sticky front counter so my bag wouldn't be sat or drug across there.

The service was great, the restaurant was clean very professional and food was given out fast.

Mgr.amanda and server rozaline did an amazing 👏 job with my food treated me kind, courteously went above and beyond the best dinning experience I've ever had in my life ❤ thank you so much for your hard work effort and most importantly for the respect. that's why I love that chicken from Popeyes I recommend every one I know to this Popeyes 😋

The blackened chicken strips are the bomb!!!!

Went there and order 2 wraps and wait 20 mins for simple order, employees are overworked and management is pathetic

I just got done ballin' for 2 hrs at this park in Doral & was craving my favorite, spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and extra spicy mayo sauce but that buy 2 for $9 offer ended via the app unfortunately. All good, because Amanda put me on to the 2pc, side, biscuit & medium drink for $7 & asked me was I an rewards member with a chipper energy that made me smile. 😏 I said, yes I am. She replied alright then, I'll make sure to scan your code when you get to the window. That intro was very refreshing because either some locations don't speak english or/and the rewards machine doesn't work. Smh. But here, a random pit stop made my night. Thanks Amanda, the food hit and I might be like Megan The Stallion and franchise me a restaurant some day & hire you but pay you $20/hr. Lol.
