Do NOT come here expecting to get any toys or crowns with you kids meals here. I came in with my granddaughter and she told the young man at the counter she wanted a kids meal with a toy. He didn’t bother to tell me that they were out of toys, when I questioned it the manager said oh well we’re out of those so I asked for a crown and again he said we’re out of those too. When I told him I wouldn’t have spent $5 on a kids meal had I known they were out of stuff he just brushed it off like whatever. I did tell him I’d be leaving a review for today.

My family visited the town while on a school sports event. We all ate and all got completely sick. My kids had said their chicken nuggets tasted funny.
This is a very clean Burger King and I have always been met by a professional employee to take my order. I have never felt like an Inconvenience when I have stopped to grab a burger.

Worst Bürger King on the planet! We recently moved to the area and decided to give the night crew a chance after the morning crew a chance... Biggest mistake EVER!!! Worst part is that we used the app this time and it was still messed up!!! If you're in Wachula please stay away from this restaurant! They will absolutely destroy your order and the app won't help you afterwards! I'm absolutely done with Bürger king all together!

I didn't get anything because a young lady that was trying to take my order kept saying that they couldn't accommodate me being vegan. I've been vegan for years. She has no clue. I was very disappointed

The only time the food is really hot and fresh is when they first open up for lunch and when also the manager Janet is working there if you go there in the afternoon or after lunch don't expect to get something hot and fresh I think the Burger King would be upset if he knew what was going on in his restaurant. Attention Burger King managers and owner since Janet goes above and beyond her position she needs to have a raise maybe even a higher position if that's possible think about your employees your employees are the ones who keeps your business going.

Night time around 9:46pm ordered sprite for kids drinks and got home and their drinks are sour water not sprite! Smh! Paying customers should get what they pay for! Also, asked for more sauce and told us they would charge for each extra sauce besides the one sauce in our bags. Wow 🤯 but not good to give out sour water as drinks!

The young lady working the drive thru window 2/16/25 in the afternoon was efficient and super pleasant to deal with. She deserves a raise. The burger I ordered was completly freshly made. I eat at BK at many locations. This experience was way above average. Good job the the whole crew!
