No customer service at all on the drive through window intercom!!!! and “Hello” not welcome to Dunkin! And the guy continued to say what did you say? Bc he didn’t hear my order. And gave the coffee to me not even full. The time is 4:35pm. Wednesday afternoon! And the girl tall dark hair is so dry and emotionless when I told her about the drink not being full. Wow. Where’s the manager? Hello I’m Karen! lol. Seriously though, You don’t have to be a clown and perform for me, but you do have to have customer service, and be courteous, and have some kind of speaking skills. Just horrible service!

be absolutely worse Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to placed an order on the app. Arrived five minutes later in the drive-through they told me to go park. They would bring it out to me. Waited 15 minutes. No one came out when inside my frozen coffee had now melted and they did not make my sandwich order.. into all the employees were standing around just talking to one another. There were no other customers in line or in the store.

We sometimes stop at this location on our road trips. Today confirmed that it was our last time here, July 15th, 12:20 pm. We waited for about 20 minutes for our order # 9325, even though there were no other customers inside. In the end: two mistakes in the order and cold chorizo wraps and bagel bites. By the way, flies on munchkins and homeless people hanging outside.
Been here three times and each time they seem to have a struggle getting the order correct.

Challenge here is if I ever find better donuts locally, they're in trouble for my business. Only as I think the finish and other food items are not as good as they were once.
