Worst dunkin ever. Needs either to be shut down or overhaul the staff. First things first my sister ordered at the menu board. She got to the window and asked if they sold hot chocolate they said yes she asked if they can add it and they told her no she will have to go back around and order because she will mess up there speed of service time. She didnt even pay for the order yet and I know it take 30 seconds to make the hot chocolate. And thats not even the worse. She left and didnt go back around. I hope the owner sees this and if they dont then I might as well call corporate and get there franchise revoked. I spend so much money at random dunkins its practically a bill but I will not be going to this one.

I went here and I forgot to order a hot chocolate to my order and I asked if I could order one at the window and they told me no cause it would have ruined there times they said I would have to go back around and order it I think that's stupid I work in fastfood and I have customer forget to order stuff all the time and I as a person do it for them and I think this is not very good customer service cause how are you gonna tell me no I know I forgot to order it I know next time I will go to another one cause this one is not it I love right down the street from this place and I will be taking my business elsewhere where you guys got to figure it out cause you guys have horrible customers service

April needs to be removed from drive thru window. I’m a regular weekly customer and never have problems with anyone besides her. She’s always so rude & does not have friendly customer service. I always tried to give her the benefit of doubt of a few bad days but Today 9/12/2025 she literally threw my food & drink into my hands because she got my order wrong and I asked her to correct it. This is unacceptable.

Dropped by for some iced coffee and snacks. The girls working at the counter and drive-thru were really professional and nice. The iced coffee that I ordered was perfect. . . Which I very much appreciate because I can't seem to get a good iced coffee from the Dunkin' Donuts near me off College Parkway in Fort myers. Also, the donuts and hash browns were fresh.

Got there, 1st in line. Large black coffee. YET, drive thru folks came and went. Mobile orders gone! FINALLY, I asked aftet a dozen cold drinks left! And got my black only coffee.
