I was on a business trip and I wanted some KFC found a place didn't know where I was the chicken was awful customer service the first lady who took the order didn't want to be there the second lady who gave me my order she was very pleasant I hope I will never have to go there again.....

I walked in for a take out order. The cashier was super nice and was really trying to help but the person in the back was so rude and unpleasant. I got a 16 piece chicken meal and I asked if they could do 6 wings instead of 4 and take two drum sticks off and I will pay extra. The lady doing the drive through started slamming things and throwing things like a 2 year old. The cashier came back from asking her if she could do the wings for me and she was really nice about it. She politely said mam im sorry we cant do that and I said no worries its ok. So I get home and I did ask for extra crispy on all of it but the 4 wings and I got barley any extra crispy was short a chicken breast and every piece of chicken was so old it tasted like I was chewing on rubber. I threw it away and we ended up eating raw biscuits and the sides. Ww all were very upset. 100 percent unexceptable and that lady should be ashamed of herself. Grow up or find a job not in customer service.

It would be great to relax and have a meal after a long journey, without the employee spraying Windex on the windows while we eat. To make matters worse, she's doing this without wearing any shoes with her soaks are black. Just gross! It was a young bigger girl.
