I would recommend this KFC, but I did have a nasty experience there today for the first time. I like to order online sometimes and pick it up in the drive thru. I am disabled, and it’s extremely difficult to come inside. However, the lady working in the drive thru insisted that I have to come inside, even though my order was sitting there ready to go and there were no other cars. She was very rude about it. About the food? I live 10 minutes down the road. The fries were dry and cold, the chicken was dry and old, the Mac and cheese was barely room temperature. We were getting great food for awhile, but the last two times it’s been pretty bad, and as expensive it is, you would expect better.

Friendly staff, fast service and clean. Food was good, received correct order. Can’t give a 5 star! Got home, looked at receipt and it wasn’t ours. We were over charged for someone else’s order!

The lady who took my order was so rude and got too much attitude for customer service. I said give me a moment because my daughter was trying to figure out what she wanted. The lady said let me know when your ready so when I was ready I said hello 4x and she had a stank attitude. The guy who handed out my food was great. But they really do need Candice back in there.

Man, the food is gross. The customer service is terrible, ghetto as hell. I genuinely wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy, the chicken was so bad it made me rethink my life choices.
3 month update: I’ve lost 40lbs because this experience encouraged me to never eat fast food again and exercise.

I love eating at kfc but this one sucks , for starters the chicken is so small compared to other kfc and also the restroom are dirty like they haven't been clean in years and the customer service is horrible the cashier asked me what u want instead of how can I help u ,don't come here

Not enough sauce for the amount of tenders. Sweet tea was disgusting as well as Cole Slaw & biscuit was HARD . Went through drive through no silverware, no napkins. When person came to the window was told the told box was upside down & window shut in my face. Tenders was the only good thing about the visit,

I'm not happy with KFC in wauchula Florida Sunday afternoon may 19 I purchased a 16 PC bucket and sides total $56 and change .I received 8 wings 5 drumsticks the rest was thighs (very dry) sad customer service isn't what it should be .
Dining room closed at 6pm on a Saturday night? Not a soul working inside that we could see. Based on the bad reviews it was probably a good thing we passed on this place. Won't be back.

To sum it up, “they suck”…. Ordered on the kfc app, it said it was ready. So went to the door and they were locked at 7pm. Not the first time this has happened either. Went to the drive through and we sat at the speaker for 20 min. They finally answered after we said something. Sat in line another 15 min.

The 3 piece chicken tenders were very good and tender but they were small pieces for the price. The mash potatoes need more seasoning or better gravy. I would of given 5 stars if the tenders were bigger. The service was great and nice people.
