Little bit of a wait due to being busy but still excellent service

My husband and I stopped here today, 5/18/25 @12: 38pm to get lunch and once we got to the speaker we were told that they were not taking orders. When we talked with the server she said they were too busy to take anymore orders. Too busy??? Don't need more business?? How could a business have too much business??
So we drove over to Burger King and spent our money over there.
I hope as a business you will be able to identify any issues and optimize your business structure to not turn paying customers away in the future.

I ordered food my tots are very very very hard I almost broke my tooth My hamburger was drenched with onions š§ š§ š§ ,no lettuce I didn't notice until I got home and I'm very upset

The food was good...The service was slow. The place hadn't been cleaned in a long time..We sat outside at the tables and the smells of sewage were terrible .. probably not their fault but sure took away from the atmosphere..

Location is nice halfway point from Arcadia to winter haven areas. Lots of places to pull in but service was very slow for 3pm on a weekday. Hit the button as soon as you come in. Took a half an hour from pull up to pull out with our food. Good was yummy but, Pretty greasy. The chicken tenders do not look like photos on signage, they are small.
My favorite drink is Ocean Water which is like a blue sprite. Thereās no more āhappy hourā. Years ago you could get drinks and slushies half off from 3-5ish.

Went there to get a corn dog on my way back to Tampa. Not good, it was cold and tough (the bread). Won't make that mistake again. The tater tots were in point tho.

We just ordered for the 1st time from Sonic. It was the Wauchula, Florida location. Though the service was pleasant... my over $9 hotdog was horrible. I didn't pull it out of the bag until we were down the road. Big mistake! The bun was so soggy you'd have thought they dipped it in water 1st. The tater tots leave a greasey film in your mouth. Had we not had to be somewhere else, I would have had my hubby turn the car around & go back.
The food is good, and the carhops are always friendly. Quick service, especially when ordering on the app.

They donāt know how to follow directions I said NO PICKLES and they put pickles thatās disgusting i will literally throw up pickles leave a smell and a taste even if you take it off and I live over 20 minutes away and canāt even go back and wonāt go back and waste gas. Plus the person bringing the food should be more friendly.
