Speaker on drive thru was broken, had to pull around to window to order. The restaurant was short of employees and in a hurry. Food was ok, hot fudge vanilla sundae was very good. Wait time was approximately 15 min , including waiting in line to order.

We live in AP but choose wauchula advent hospital over sebring due to not only the ER scheduling but also their bedside manner and concerns further patients (and even offering warm blankets for the guests. We were starving and Sonic has always had faves memories until we tried the wauchula location. The 3 vehicles w/ youngsters blaring their,music (from completely across the bay) blaring their music made it hard for the worker to hear our order, and it took WAY too long to consider this fast food, and the price we paid was way too much for semi-warm and semi-correct food.

THE WORSTTTTTT !!! I waited an HOUR for my food ! And they had me write done my order after I already ordered on the machine to then LOSEEEE my orderrrr ! And now I’m eating and the order has pickles which I said none ! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER !

Today was not a great experience. Took a long time before was able to place the order. The girl talked so fast, was hard to understand. Had to ask for condiments, but it is always that way. The food was good, but not hot. We then ordered a shake, blast and a sandwich to go. The ice cream orders were so runny! Had to put them in the freezer before being able to eat. This is the first time that we have had those issues. Seemed like an employee problem to me.

Little bit of a wait due to being busy but still excellent service

My husband and I stopped here today, 5/18/25 @12: 38pm to get lunch and once we got to the speaker we were told that they were not taking orders. When we talked with the server she said they were too busy to take anymore orders.
Too busy??? Don't need more business?? How could a business have too much business??

So we drove over to Burger King and spent our money over there.

I hope as a business you will be able to identify any issues and optimize your business structure to not turn paying customers away in the future.

I ordered food my tots are very very very hard I almost broke my tooth My hamburger was drenched with onions 🧅🧅🧅,no lettuce I didn't notice until I got home and I'm very upset

The food was good...The service was slow. The place hadn't been cleaned in a long time..We sat outside at the tables and the smells of sewage were terrible .. probably not their fault but sure took away from the atmosphere..
