Staff is extremely rude, no sense of urgency or cleanliness. Installing AI just made everything worse. Cold food for outrageous wait times even in the drive thru. I think they hired Krusty the Clown to run this place because WOW!!
Horrible service! Told them 3x on my #1 mean no onion, tomato or cheeseand when I get home guess what is on my burger!? Onion and cheese! I live 15 minutes away from wendys and it’s such an inconvenience to order food and not get it right. This is why I literally never go there but it was quick and easy and now I have to throw away food after I spent $23 for 2 meals. Don’t say to just pick it off cause my stomach cannot handle cheese or onions. This is utterly ridiculous!...read full review
