Lousy service. I always order the same sandwich every week. This week they sent the wrong sandwich. I called the store and the person who answered just put the phone down. No one ever picked up the phone. 15 excruciating minutes of clinging and clanging and the someone hung up. Fortunately they have happy customers but I won’t be anymore.
I placed a mobile order today so I could have a quick and easy process without waiting. However, I found out my order was made wrong. I requested rosemary Parmesan bread, but they put it on white. I returned to the store to have it remade, but they told me they were out of rosemary Parmesan. So if you were out of what I ordered why wouldn’t you call me to let me know?
