“Super fast service! My son and I came in to grab a sandwich, I literally had just placed the order through the app after parking. We walked in right after to ask if they could toast my son’s Vito, but they were almost finished making them. They told us they could but we didn’t want to inconvenience them so we told them it was okay, the guy personally walked our bag over to us. To our surprise they did toast it! Such fast, accurate, and incredible service.“

She remembers my order and greets me by name whenever I visit. I’m always out running errands and she makes my visit pleasant with her warmth and friendliness. “We’re frequent customers of Jersey Mike’s, both in person and through Uber Eats, and the Wesley Chapel location is always excellent.

On our most recent visit, we had the tuna, turkey breast, and Philly cheesesteak, and everything was fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. The meats are always freshly sliced, the ingredients taste fresh, and the quality is consistently great.

The location is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is always welcoming and efficient.

Honestly, I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s anywhere that has disappointed me, and this location is no exception. They’ve figured out how to keep the quality consistent no matter what you order or whether you’re dining in or having it delivered.

“The last few times we have been here we have had to wait longer for our food than what was expected, but I feel like the store may be under new management, because today the staff were friendly, the order was ready quickly, and the food was great. Excited for the possibility that maybe things are turning around. Hopeful that this continues because we love their sandwiches.“

“I ordered about an hour before closing. They seemed really busy. But they acknowledged me as soon as I came into the restaurant. I waited in line for my pick up order. I checked the pick up station to see if my order was there. It wasn’t yet, but the man who was making the sandwiches just asked for my name and said it would be right up. I really appreciate the attention to cater to multiple customers at once. They were working hard and a great customer service. I really am appreciative of businesses that actually want to take care of their customers. Will definitely be back.“
