“I visit the Jimmy John’s on Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel/Tampa about once a week. The staff member named Alexis always takes great care of me. She remembers my order and greets me by name whenever I visit. I’m always out running errands and she makes my visit pleasant with her warmth and friendliness. Just wanted to give her a quick Atta Girl, because she deserves it.“

“Super fast service! My son and I came in to grab a sandwich, I literally had just placed the order through the app after parking. We walked in right after to ask if they could toast my son’s Vito, but they were almost finished making them. They told us they could but we didn’t want to inconvenience them so we told them it was okay, the guy personally walked our bag over to us. To our surprise they did toast it! Such fast, accurate, and incredible service.“

“We stopped here for lunch today and the food and service were stellar. I have celiac disease and need to eat gluten free. I always feel bad asking for accommodations but Joey was very kind and helpful. He took a lot of precautions and really seemed to understood my allergy. He changed gloves, cleaned the grill, and prepared my sub separately from the line. He made an amazing chicken philly sub! They even had gluten free cookies!! Highly recommend them and request management to give him a raise please!“
