I just want to give a big thank you too Jose, he went above and beyond and the manager. I had my daughter’s 2nd birthday party today and had someone to do the food catering but the person totally forgot it was today. I was so stressed that the only option I had left was pollo tropical. It was a big order and thought they might not do it but yes they took a last minute cater order. Thank you so much that all of you save the day.
The promotion said a Dolphins cup free with any large drink…. When they give me the food they said no…you have to ask at the cashier….And the churrasco was so dry like shoes sole…. And cold……So

This is the 2nd time this location did not have the salsa, cilantro, onions or some additive that we've come to love and expect. I know they won't tell us they are out of items hoping that we will just go with what they have, but it doesn't work for everyone. I didn't like asking for a refund and it might sound petty, but I was purchasing the food for someone else and she no longer wanted the food without being able to"hook it up" the way she wanted to.Manager seemed pretty pissed...read full review
