This is one of my favourite ever places to eat. We went 4 times in our 6 day stay. It is a long way to travel from England! I love the clam chowder. The staff are friendly sly and the scenery is second to none.
What happened here? Used to be you could get decent food at a reasonable price. What you're paying for now is the view. And that's it. Dinner prices approach $50 per entree but average quality. We spent $100 for one entree, a small salad and the fried mahi small plate that was okay at best. No drinks. I can get better food elsewhere in the area for less money. View is wonderful - that's what you're paying for. I get that food prices are going up and maybe Sailfish...
We had dinner there last week and requested to sit out on the patio. It was a beautiful night. We dined on the seafood and had some great drinks. The tuna was cooked to perfection. The food was enjoyable for all four guests and it was nice to be out on the patio with the yachts in the background. A nice place to visit.
