So BEWARE they charge you at the bay for rental and food/drink when you leave and then ghost charge you later for the bay rental again with the card you reserved with. They don't answer the phones there or call back if you leave a message, so you have to do a dispute with your bank. SO pay attention and CHECK YOUR CC CHARGES Very unsavory business practice.“

“Richard at the Military and Okeechobee location always gives such an amazing customer service experience every time I come into the building and that’s why I keep coming back. Whether I’m with my husband and kids or I’m with my sister and one of my children, I always have the best time anytime that he is our server. Every time I’m here he’s always my server and I am the most appreciative. The new grilled cheese burger was absolutely amazing. “Stopped by for lunch on 11/2 with my friend to watch some football while grabbing food after learning our first choice for lunch was closed on Sundays. Kelly was a great server, no complaints there. I understand it was during a busy time so no complaint about having a little bit of a wait to be seated or to get the order. The traditional wings were fine but the boneless wings came out cold. You could tell the food was being prepared as quickly as possible without really worrying about the quality of the product coming out. Also $29.99 for 6 boneless, 6 traditional, a side of fries & coleslaw is pretty steep, especially to have cold food. I come from a market where Wingstop gives you 20 boneless wings that are much bigger for $18.99 and no tipping is even ask for or shown to the customer.“
