Outstanding Service from JT!
I stopped by around 10 AM for two foot-long sandwiches, and JT immediately impressed me with his great attitude, smile, and genuine customer service.
While he was making my sandwiches, a coworker came in clearly sick and in pain and asked JT if he could cover for the day. Without hesitation, JT smiled and said, “I’ll be happy to cover for you. Get some rest. Hope you feel better.”

If you want the best sub in town made by the best sub artist in town stick with this subway JT is the best if I don’t see him in there it’s just not the same experience he takes pride at what he does and he enjoys what he does his customer service is spectacular. He goes up and beyond subway you guys got the best employee. His smile is genuine The staff is wonderful too.
The lady that was working was so sweet, attentive and patient and it was very clean

Subway is a restaurant where customers can expect friendly and kind service from the staff, especially Kim, who is known for her attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. The food is decent, with fresh vegetables and well-made subs. The atmosphere is inviting, and the service is fast and correct. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, offering a special kids' menu with a juice and a coloring book. While some employees may need improvement in their multitasking skills, overall, Subway is a recommended spot under its new management.
