Don't let the other reviews deter you. I walked in at 10p on a Friday to retrieve an order I placed online. The place was staffed with a young group but they were friendly, efficient, and up-beat. Food was exactly as I ordered. Great job team

This wingstop is ghetto. Employees are rude and loud for no reason. Laughing and talking instead of taking orders with long lines. Even the manager is super unprofessional. Food is trash also they never get your order right. Don’t bother coming here.

I did an online order, I ordered my wings well done. Now they didn't come out well done, before I pulled off I checked my chicken... it was still wet so, I took them back inside, quietly and very nicely I let them know that I ordered them well done but they weren't. I asked if they could drop them back in the fryer.... without hesitation they did just that with no attitude or anything. I was very pleased and happy with the re-fry, the professionalism and the Service. Thank you. And for that I gave 5 stars. It's not about getting it wrong, it was about fixing it for me with no problem. Kudos!

Service was impeccable. The workers were very polite and super friendly and fast. And when I asked for a extra sauce the manager Klensky was super understanding and gave it to me with no problems.
I normally order over the phone and pick up but today I decided to walk in and WHEN I SAY , MS.NAGUAL ! Had the upmost welcoming customer service ! Even after getting my drink it was the same service for the next guest ?
Very cool place I’m a regular customer and sometimes they mess up but they get very busy and they work very hard cashier today made my day his name was Jeff and I told him about troubles I had before and he made sure I was taken care of thank you

Me and my gf ordered our food and paid online I arrived at the store and the Dore was locked at 945 but they dont close at 10 was strike one. Me and another customer are standing out knocking and I called to business line but no answer they worker had head phones in the ear ignoring us. When he finally opened the door he stated next time we might wanna get there before they lock the door which was rude seeing that they were not supposed to be closed yet. My food was cold and I got two wing combos and they did not even give me my drinks once I noticed I tried to call to get them but no answer I would like a refund for my order and I will not be returning to this location again the service is horrible. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.
Parking: Construction in front of building so had to park at different store and cross the intersection which was very inconvenient.
