First Time at Wingstop. I had a crave for boneless wings at it did the job. Had the voodoo fries which is a wanna be poutine. Tried 2 types of sauces. The hot honey which was ok and the hickory smoke bbq which was much better.

Don't let the other reviews deter you. I walked in at 10p on a Friday to retrieve an order I placed online. The place was staffed with a young group but they were friendly, efficient, and up-beat. Food was exactly as I ordered. Great job team

This wingstop is ghetto. Employees are rude and loud for no reason. Laughing and talking instead of taking orders with long lines. Even the manager is super unprofessional. Food is trash also they never get your order right. Don’t bother coming here.

This is terrible I call a hour ago in my food still not ready she told me 25 minutes the manager Klensky never acknowledge me at all . BAD SERVICE ????????
I did an online order, I ordered my wings well done. Now they didn't come out well done, before I pulled off I checked my chicken... it was still wet so, I took them back inside, quietly and very nicely I let them know that I ordered them well done but they weren't. I asked if they could drop them back in the fryer.... without hesitation they did just that with no attitude or anything. I was very pleased and happy with the re-fry, the professionalism and the Service. Thank you. And for that I gave 5 stars. It's not about getting it wrong, it was about fixing it for me with no problem. Kudos!

Service was impeccable. The workers were very polite and super friendly and fast. And when I asked for a extra sauce the manager Klensky was super understanding and gave it to me with no problems.
I normally order over the phone and pick up but today I decided to walk in and WHEN I SAY , MS.NAGUAL ! Had the upmost welcoming customer service ! Even after getting my drink it was the same service for the next guest ?
