Bad attitude bad customer service
This is a direct contact with management: "Your website still sucks and your DB problems still exist after 12 years. As a developer, I can say this and know it's true - your developer(s) is an idiot. The site is slow as ----, it's trying to load too much JS on each page load, the cart is an absolute joke and that's on top of the real problem of your site still not being able to access customer accounts.
