I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out as a loyal customer who truly enjoys dining at your restaurant. Over the years, some of our favorite dishes have become part of our regular visits — especially the Lobster Bisque soup and the Mahi-Mahi.

We were disappointed to see these items removed from the menu and sincerely miss their delicious flavors. They were not only favorites for us, but often the reason we chose Bonefish for a night out.

I first purchased a family bundle grilled salmon meal. The salmon was burned.
I decided to give it another try and purchased a chicken and shrimp meal along with an Atlantic salmon, a kid's Mac and cheese, and a bang bang shrimp. The order was in “preparing” status for the longest. Upon delivery, the meals were ice-cold and not tasty at all.
I think it is my last time buying food from Bonefish Grill. It has been only deceiving especially with their pricey...
