“My server, Albany , was top tier. Made the ice cream with efficiency and didn’t waste a single minute. Super kind and shared lots of great stories. The shop was also sweet (pun intended) and the ice cream was sweeter!!

My detailed experience: As I entered the store, I do the first thing most sane people do, check the prices. I looked up at the dangling menu like willem dafoe looked up at the sky in that one meme. Anxiety running laps in my mind, doubt slowly overcoming my body. I wasn’t just cautious, I was skeptical. However, I remembered my mother’s inspiring words, “I didn’t raise no wuss.” I pushed through and paid like the courageous man my mom raised me to be. Then it all changed. Nothing would have ever prepared me for the first bite. The sense of relief, glory, and accomplishment. My taste buds celebrating like they just scored a last-minute Word Cup final goal. The smore scoop alongside the cookies and cream scoop flowed in harmony, like two peas in a pod, with the crunch of the cone as the cherry on top. No regrets. Thank you Albany, thank you Baked Bear.“

“Downloaded the app and was surprised that I had points to get a free cookie so I redeemed it, it was very easy to order through the app, once I arrived, the store was very clean and I was created by too young teenagers, and my cookie was ready within five minutes of ordering online. Very sweet and fixes my sweet tooth, so yummy. I keep forgetting the store is right here by the mall, greatly and conveniently located in a busy shopping plaza. I will be back.“

“Pretty quiet for a Friday night. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and they had all the weekly national flavors plus two secret menu items (Dubai brownie and cheesecake). The mousse cup was a favorite of the staff and the Dubai brownie also got rave reviews from the other customers there. Went with the turtle cheesecake and, like the cookies, it was incredibly sweet. If you like really sweet, this is your spot.“
