Maria, one of the waitresses who attended our table today does an excellent job and always looks very elegant. She is a great asset to the restaurant. This is my fifth time here, and I’ll keep coming back.
The food was excellent and the service even better. Maria was very attentive and made sure that we were taken care of from start to finish. 10/10 recommend. Will be sure to ask for Maria next time I’m at el colombiano!
Unfortunately, service during lunch was very slow. It felt like the staff prioritized delivery orders over the customers dining in. Even our server acknowledged the issue and encouraged us to leave a comment because management doesn't seem to listen to employee suggestions. Hopefully, this helps improve the experience for future customers.
