Pizza Lovers Bistro in Weston is a must-try for pizza and Italian food lovers. The owner's expertise shines through in the delicious pizza, with the dough resting for 48 hours. The crust was thin, crispy and delicious. The pizza Diavola, truffle pizza, and burrata pizza are amazing. The San Marzano tomato sauce is amazing too. The calamari was great and the Polpette Di Melenzane is a must-try dish. They share the tiramisu and the pistachio dessert. The cozy atmosphere on Bonaventure Blvd adds to the overall experience, with a variety of imported beers, wine, and Sangria to complement the meal. The staff is wonderful, super friendly, and attentive with excellent attitude. The restaurant is pretty and cozy, and it is very cute with a patio.
