Met a few co-workers there on a Wednesday night to try this new Italian Restaurant in Weston.
The Good:
The food was outstanding.
I had the Summer Tasting Menu for $49 that had a choice of 2 appetizers, I had the Prawns Sautéed in a White Wine Sauce - very flavorful! We shared this in addition to their cheese board which had prosciutto, cheese and figs.

We had a fantastic time at Sardinia Rest! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and executed to perfection. What made the evening even better was the service—attentive, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish.
Was here for lunch with family. Great food and service!

SARDINIA BY ZONA BLU is a new Italian Restaurant in Weston, located inside the Bonaventure Town Ctr Club. The food is outstanding and full of flavor, executed to perfection. The Summer Tasting Menu offers a choice of 2 appetizers, including the Prawns Sautéed in a White Wine Sauce, very flavorful, and a cheese board with prosciutto, cheese and figs. Main courses include the Spaghetti with a whole Florida Lobster tail, perfectly cooked, with a light tomato sauce, and the Braised Short Rib Ravioli tossed with mushrooms and black truffle cream, the winner dish of the evening. The Lobster Ravioli is served with cream sauce, asparagus, tomatoes and shrimp. Other dishes include the ossobuco risotto, rich and flavorful, the pistachio-crusted lamb, perfectly cooked, the crispy octopus, delicious, a capresse salad with fresh mozzarella, a juicy steak, and the Ribeye, delicious and cooked to perfection. The Porcini Risotto with osso bucco is flavorful and perfect. Desserts include the Gelato with Amarena cherries, the chocolate Profiteroles, the chocolate hazelnut mousse, and the profiterole, rich and sweet. The service is attentive, friendly, welcoming, kind, and professional. The place is comfortable with a peaceful ambience, plenty parking space, and a wonderful atmosphere. It is a hidden gem and a great product.
