“I pulled up. Young lady Faith came on speaker. I was excited. It's cold for Florida.
I was just happy you're open. She was absolutely amazing. I came home with hot cocoa for my family.
Florida isn't used to cold weather.
Faith was great.

“This google review is a love letter for the Dunkin’ Manager: Tamisha.
On more than one occasion I have witnessed her working BOTH the drive-thru and front ALONE.
She works quietly and patiently without complaint.
I am humbled by her work ethic and proud to say that she didn’t share this with me, I witnessed first-hand and I asked.
She has wonderful staff and leads them with love and kindness.
Shout out to: Simone, Latisha, Autumn, Tramani, Jovanni, and Trenton.
I don’t know specifically why she works alone on some early mornings? I hope that this review finds corporate/a district manager and that she is assisted with whatever needs she may have.

“My girlfriend and I love visiting different coffee shops and this one is by far our favorite. Great atmosphere, everyone is so welcoming and friendly, they use quality ingredients and our coffees are always perfect!!! If you aren’t going to Alkimia, you are missing out!!!!“

“If you’re looking for friendly service and great coffee this is the place.. I was so impressed! Also, they have a Christian bookstore/library in the back of the coffee shop just overall a very nice experience and the coffee was fantastic“

“Went here today for the first time, wasn’t sure what I wanted so told the girl working the register to make me anything cold and sweet and she knocked it out of the park, best coffee I have had in a really long time. I don’t know your name, but thank you for your amazing customer service and thank you for making my day with not even skipping a beat at my odd request.“

“Some of the best coffee in the area. Great service and the espresso is always great (better than the big chains IMHO).
Dropped to 4 stars after what I would call not an ideal visit. Customer service was not that great for some reason. I chalked this up to the barista having a bad day or something, which happens to us all. Hopefully next visit will be better.“
