Waited 15 minutes in drive thru line and it wasn’t busy at all, ordered a 4 pc and pretzel bites. My wife went in to check and it was sitting on the counter.

Today at this location, we had to eat outside due to having our dog with us. No problem since there are outside tables. The first order for our fish sandwich meals were fine. I told the clerk that we were eating outside and she noted that. Our order arrived at a reasonable time. However, I went back in to order my wife a concrete mixer shake. Again, I informed the same female clerk to bring the order outside. We waited almost 20 mins and still no service. I went back inside to find that my wife's chocolate shake was just sitting there melting. I held up the #10 plastic card and the boy gave me the shake. I said "didn't anyone tell you we were outside," he said no. I gave the shake to my wife but by now it was half melted and warm. I wanted to go back in to complain but we were going to be late getting to the airport. I usually don't leave a negative feedback unless it was a very disappointing experience. I hope management will rectify this on our next visit.

My only problem is that it was so busy, and that they didn't get us our food for over 30 minutes even though we had ordered online 15 minutes before arriving, meaning it took them 45 minutes to get us our food. I don't know if they were just understaffed, or if they were simply overwhelmed...

Food was much better this time. I had a bacon burger and really enjoyed it. Onion rings are like homemade ones. We are waiting for the new location to open which is closer to us. Thanks.

This place takes fast food to a different level. I got a double butter burger. It was very good, much better than I was expecting. The ice cream may have been the best "Blizzard" type soft serve I have ever had. Hands down, the best!

Had a pick up order that stated to be there at 4PM to pick it up.arrived at Restaurant at 3:50 and let them know I was there. I didn't get my food until 4:20 and after leaving, I found out it was sitting for a while and not hot
