The person who waited on us was rude. Then while eating the vacuum was ran almost hitting my foot. The vacuum had a nasty dirty smell. Making me sick. Husband ordered a strawberry milkshake and recieved a strawberry concrete mixer. I wanted more sweet tea and they said I would have to use unsweetened add sugar and a spoon myself. Having connections to Wisconsin and knowing the original owners this service is not acceptable.

Ordered a meal that they didn’t get right. They charge for extra mushroom but we didn’t get any. They charge for everything and you have to make sure you get it. The place is a scam. No customer service and the manager hung up the phone on me. Terrible terrible terrible. I will never again go to this horrible restaurant

Asked for three orders to be bagged separately and asked for ketchup and salt in each bag. Waited 15 minutes for the food to come out. They brought two bags and combined the three orders. We asked for another bag and there were no ketchup or salt in any bag.

I have never been disappointed going to a Culver's in this one is no exception. The food was cooked fresh and tasted great. The service was great too. And they bring the food right out to your table for you.

Best burger and fries around! Fresh and hot. Their custard is delicious as well. Forget Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Culver’s has them beat!

12/15/25. I really was disappointed when my complaint of their (what was..normally juicy) Mushroom, Swiss Cheese Butterburger lacked it's normal flavor...something was missing. Mgr. told me nothing was changed. Beef was very dry. Culver's has been my favorite, but now?

The worst service at a Curve's I've ever experienced... We went to this location for lunch. First, the person who took our order wasn't paying attention. Several items we didn't want were added to the order, and we also ordered mayonnaise on the side, but as you can see on the receipt, they didn't include it. We also ordered bacon, which never arrived. But the incorrect order wasn't the real problem...The problem was the wait. More than 25 minutes in a lobby where there were only fewer than 5 people already seated. Nobody was paying or ordering anything when we arrived. As shown in the photos, I paid for the order at 10:56 AM. As you can see in my bank account, 24 minutes passed and nobody brought the order to the table, as employees usually do out of courtesy. I asked the person for a copy of the receipt because the cashier never gave me one when I paid; he only gave me the table number, as shown in the photo. We had to go to the counter and speak with the inexperienced manager, who only said that the employees are young and we have to understand them. Meanwhile, the food was already ready but was never delivered, as the employees at Culver's usually do. What was most annoying was that the food was cold and the fries were soggy because they had been sitting in cheese sauce for too long on the counter before being brought to the table. We waited 25 minutes, and the manager didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I only hope this location can provide better training, starting with the manager, who seemed more concerned with her employees' behavior than with ensuring the food customers receive is fresh and hot. And worse, there was no apology, nor did they even check how long the food had been sitting there waiting to be delivered... A situation like this is considered contamination after a certain amount of time. I would NEVER recommend this location until the corporation or franchise conducts an investigation into this behavior.

Ordering at the counter was slow, but the food was delicious. I had the grilled Reuben which arrived hot with the right balance of tender corned beef, swiss cheese, etc. Fries were hot and crispy, too.

Twice there has been an issue with my order but the manager on duty Eli, was very polite as he corrected my order. This place is busy! Expect a wait to order even though staff is moving efficiently. If there is a problem, Eli will fix it. But should he be the only manager on duty?
The food is great! the staff is young and inexperience shows. If I were Culver's, I would provide more supervision but I still recommend this place for families, friends or solo dining.

We usually visit this Culver’s at least once a week and the food and customer service is great except this one time. My fiancé ordered a double bacon deluxe and it came with no condiments. When he took it back the lady inside just handed him a box of condiments to put on the hamburger himself. The last time this happened, his hamburger was replaced with a fresh, correct one that he ordered. I found this odd and not very customer friendly.

My family and I came to eat here and had heard so much about it. As we arrived it became a freakfest, we had found hair after hair throughout our time. It started with the burger I had ordered, I took a bite and found a very long hair. I was filled with disgust. After, my siblings dug into their food they started finding hairs in their fries and milkshake. One hair is awful, two is horrendous, three is beyond disgust. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Not sure why it has two drive ups when they are incapable of using them at the same time. They cannot hear you and their boards are blindingly bright in your face. The drive-through service is also super slow and takes around 20 minutes to get your order… Not recommended
