Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever had with a business. Placed an order online like I usually do and called to just follow up to make sure they put extra garlic sauces since I’ve paid for them the last couple times I’ve ordered and they forgot them (no big deal). Ordered on-line for a NY style pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. What I received was a pie with anchovies (i am highly allergic to anchovies). I called to talk to manager and was told that is what I pressed and they don't change orders. If I am allergic to something, why would I order it? Bad customer service. Only delivered half of my order. Waited on hold with the store for 15 minutes. They refused to deliver the rest of the food and refused to give me a refund. They would only give a credit for future purchases. Why would I order from here again?
