Thirsty’s Bistro never disappoints. Great atmosphere, genuinely attentive service, and consistently delicious food that’s clearly made with care. It strikes the perfect balance between elevated and comfortable, making it an easy go-to for both casual nights and special occasions. Highly recommend.
Though this place has been here a while, this am was the first time I made it in. I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the salad. They had a whole clipboard of things to choose from for your salad, and everything was super fresh. I’ll definitely be back again! I do wish they opened a little earlier, but maybe there hours make sense for them.
Fabulous charcuterie board and my salad was amazing. We will definitely be back!!!

Sides like fries and salad are also excellent. The drinks are phenomenal, featuring supercalifragilistic smoothies, shakes, refreshers, and teas that are the best. The large menu offers many options and can be customized. The staff is sweet, fun, welcoming, and charming, providing excellent service, cheerful explanations, and helpful recommendations. The owner maintains high standards of quality and cleanliness. The hours are great, open for lunch and late until around 1am. It is a fun place where you leave feeling full, stuffed, and amazing.
