WOW. Tried this spot on a whim with the wife and kids and i was disapointed. I was disapointed bc i only discovered this place now. $$ is very reasonable. Portions are more than generous. Service is top of the line. Atmosphere is fantastic. Indoor and out door seating. Do yourself a favor and try it.

Huge fan of the Chimichangas but the eggs and chorizo are a hit too! Great portions, fire Jarritos and dank chips & queso. The staff is always nice and attentive super thankful to have come across this spot! 10/10

Delicious food, reasonable prices, and my server was helpful.Vegetarian options: A corn tortilla Taco with refried beans instead of meat and a serving of fried plantains was a reasonable vegetarian option for me. ??

Have been to a lot of Mexican places around the Tampa area, none compares to this very unique place in Wimauma. The BEST flour tacos for a great price that will have you coming back for more. Also not to forget the chips with salsa and guac that has the perfect ingredients. The family and I keep coming back as the service is WONDERFUL.

Great Charro beans and Chili Rellanos. The al Pastor could be better. Pork pieces like ground beef and needs more pineapple flavor.

We have ordered take out several times. They have a good selection of Mexican dishes and fast service. I always call ahead and the answer in Spanish but as soon as they hear me speaking in English they do likewise. My son loves Mexican food so we get takeout a couple times a month here. Only complain was the meat in the fajita dish was dry but the enchiladas, tostadas and Gordita’s are excellent.
When it comes to quality and value, El Sol comes second to none. My experience was amazing, from being greeted with a warm smile to the quality of the meat, I will certainly make this a regular occurrence. The owner took the time to walk me through the menu and answered any questions I had. The Al Pastor was so good I needed to take some home. The prices are also very reasonable, would definitely recommend to large families.

Absolutely horrible. Gave my family food poisoning. Called to inform them and they didn’t even give no genuine apology, just went straight into saying everything is clean and no one else has complained. They didn’t try to rectify the situation at all. After my order was nearly $40 Food went straight to the trash, had to go to urgent care, and spent the entire following day and a 1/2 in bed with excruciating stomach pain and throwing up. Beware! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
