I go here quite a bit and usually they're really good. But today they let me go through the drive-thru and had me pull all the way through the wait and when I asked them why they said they hadn't started my order yet. But if I moved up then the timer wouldn't trigger to management that it was taking a long time and they wouldn't get in trouble.
I treat my kids to munchins every few weeks. The issue with this location is they never have donuts or munchins made exept for chocolate, original glaze, sugar powder, or buvarian cream. Coffee is always on par. Oven needs to be cleaned, hot food always taste like the heating elements. Staff concentrates on drive thru window opposed to inside (can often wait 5-10 minutes without being acknowledged although they see you).

This isn't my usual Dunkin location but it's also near our home and I will absolutely be back more often. I was there bright and early to get valentine donuts (and my usual coffee of course) on possibly one of their busiest days. Michelle was so kind, helpful, quick and accurate. I love walking into a Dunkin early in the morning with awesome music and even better employee energy- it makes for a great day. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!
