Great service
After getting a fresh haircut before heading off on our Disney cruise, I was in the mood for a Baconator, and Wendy’s delivered exactly what I was craving.
This location, right by the VS Barbershop I go to, has become a reliable stop when I’m in the mood for a good burger. Wendy's has shown significant improvement since 2020, now providing hot and high-quality food, especially during breakfast. The breakfast potatoes are a must-try, always fresh and delicious. The food quality remains commendable, and many customers enjoy meals like the baconator, especially when ordering a double baconator for extra meat. While the lobby is clean and the dining experience is generally pleasant, the drive-thru service can still be slow and inconsistent, leading to long wait times. Some customers have noted issues with staff behavior, particularly with a female manager being rude to employees. However, there are standout experiences as well; one customer received excellent service from Freyja, who communicated well about delays and even offered a free frosty. Despite some service speed issues, the overall quality of food and some exceptional staff interactions make Wendy's a place worth visiting.
