Best thing ever
Haven't been to wendys in a while....It's an AI drive thru now. They close the inside whenever they want....wayyyy before the hours posted. Which is fine I guess. Spanish lady at window is not thrilled to be there....anyways. massive inflation and even bigger shrink flation!!! I attached pics. The chicken sandwich is smaller...the bun is smaller and the patty is now just a large chicken nugget that can't even fill the smaller bun (put fork for reference in photo)...the chicken...read full review
Yesterday (07/25/2026), my husband and I went through the drive-thru at this location and were served by a young woman named Tiffany. Nowadays, an employee might simply do the bare minimum, but this staff member really stood out to us because of her manners; she was incredibly polite while serving us, and she was also very attentive and kind to me and my family. While the lobby is clean and the dining experience is generally pleasant, the drive-thru service can still be slow and inconsistent, leading to long wait times. Some customers have noted issues with staff behavior, particularly with a female manager being rude to employees. However, there are standout experiences as well; one customer received excellent service from Freyja, who communicated well about delays and even offered a free frosty. Despite some service speed issues, the overall quality of food and some exceptional staff interactions make Wendy's a place worth visiting.
