I placed an online order for 2 giant subs. Came home to find out that one of those did not have enough meat in (Attached). I was very upset. I called the restaurant and complained. They offered to replace the sandwich for free. Went there and was surprised to see that they gave me 2 free giant subs instead of one. They also gave me a coupon for buy 1 get 1 50% off. Now that’s what I call great management and how to solve problems. So I have to give them 5-star review. I attached...

I love the food there. The mobile app wasn’t able to let me set the time I wanted to pick up my order. So the takeout option on mobile app is definitely not the way to go if you want it fresh. Other than that, I love Jersey Mike’s.

Starting out in food service, I've always thought it was important to thank the culinary team making your food. With online ordering, it has become easier by commenting in the special instructions.... well I did this today and the team responded. Thank y'all again for making our night better with a delicious sandwich made right.
