I would like to thank the employees at this Arby’s for always being so polite and friendly! Not once have I had a bad or even sub par experience here. Food is always hot and fresh. The young man in the drive through tonight was also just as kind and friendly as the ladies that work here. You have some wonderful people working here from what I can tell.

The first couple times I’ve been within the past few months it has been great, kind people. Today they had this absolutely RUDE employee working the drive thru I didn’t catch her last name but older adult and her name was Nancy, actually being so rude and short taking my order and as I saw and heard her do the drive thru for other orders was shaking her head and rolling her eyes, yelling at the customers as she did me “can I hurry up and take your order??” “Is that it or not??” Never had such a rude experience at a drive thru in my life.

This Arby's was awesome.We were going to see our mom at Advent health across the street and we placed an online order.We made a mistake and ordered it from an Arby's 5 mi away we walked in the store and asked if there was anything they could do.And they promptly said no problem we'll call the other store and we'll complete your order here.Very fast and friendly to rectify the situation when it was our mistake!!Kudos to this location for having outstanding customer service we will be a regular customer ?♥️

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO Arby's Winter Garden and Arby's in Ocoee. I ordered on the app for pickup and accidentally hit Ocoee location instead of Winter garden. I called Ocoee and they were very understanding. They spoke to Winter Garden manager and transferred my oder. I am on way to see my mom in hospital so driving to Ocoee was not a good option. Thank you to both places. Food was hot and delicious. This is how customer service should be.
