Had dinner at Bonefish with my family as we were visiting from NY. We got up to leave and I left my small purse hanging on the arm of the chair which had over $1000 in it. Did not notice until we had arrived back to my families house about 15 minutes away. I called immediately & they were closed but luckily was still there cleaning up so I got an answer. The manager on duty named Jared confirmed that our server (4got his name) had turned my purse in to management. Jared told me to take my time getting back and to do so safely as they would be there waiting. Upon arrival I retrieved my purse with ALL of my money in it. I tried offering a monetary reward of gratitude which Jared adamantly would not except. My heart was full of gratitude knowing that there are still honest good hearted people out there. I really enjoyed my visit to bonefish Grill. It had been a few years since I had stopped by. Just because I live out of town. I wasn’t really that hungry and it was very busy so I decided to sit at the bar area. I chose the beef and ginger potstickers. They are very delicious. I had not had potstickers that good before. The place was also busy but clean and the people working there seemed to be enjoying themselves and it was a nice atmosphere to be in. Great Bang Bang shrimp 🍤 tacos too. I just tried the shrimp Rangoon dip!!! Delicious 🤤 stopped by again today to try something new. It was the first time I received bad service. The waitress was scatterbrained. She made me feel rushed and that she wanted me to hurry so she could end another table. When I went to use the restroom she had tables in the back. My table and another were all the way in the front ahead of the bar! It was crazy!!

What happened to this location? Been coming here for 10 years. Just had a very bad experience, for the first time ever. But something really seems to have changed. The kitchen made a few mistakes, which can happen. But the response from the server and ultimately the manager Was very disappointing. Just did not seem like the place that used to be. Might try it one more time to see if that was just A fluke. But again, it just seems like something has changed their drastically.
