The wait for a table was less than 10mins, our waiter Barbara was very pleasant and offered great advice on choices. The food was delicious, we cleaned our plates 😋. Will definitely go back, and recommend it 👌

Zak was our amazing server. He check on us throughout our meal. He offer us options which was good and very knowledgeable of the menu. Will definitely be requesting Zak again he made our experience outstanding.

My husband and I love Bonefish Grill but our experience at this location was not good. We were seated quickly but waited 10 minutes for our server to arrive. Once we received the bread, I asked for butter and it didn’t show up until my husband flagged another server down to request it. The drink my husband ordered didn’t show up until he was halfway through his meal and our server seemed to be in a hurry overall, checking on us once during our visit. Aside from this, the food was ok (came out quickly but did not maintain temperature for very long) but sitting right by the bathroom wasn’t pleasant. Won’t be returning to this location.
To make matters worse, I had been advised to call in my order to secure a reliable pickup time, but this experience with poor service and attitude completely defeated the purpose. Very disappointing!

Our group stuff for lunch after playing golf nearby. I ordered scallop and shrimp skewer. Frankly it was only okay. I thought the portion was rather small. Five medium shrimp and for medium scallops. What I received I thought the price was quite high.

had an extremely frustrating experience with Santiana. She was rude and combative after mistakenly adding 3 cod imperial dips to my order of a cod imperial entrée and 3 orders of crab cakes. When placing the order, she asked if I wanted sauce, and I said, ‘Yes, everything that comes with the entrée.’ To her, that meant adding three extra dips, not realizing the entrée already includes sauce. She kept hanging up on me and refused to provide an order total. After persisting, I found my total was over $40 higher than it should have been. Instead of resolving the issue, she continued to argue. When I asked for a manager, she refused, leaving me no choice but to cancel my order.
