I placed an order through the Chipotle app and paid extra for guacamole — but they didn’t include it. It was really frustrating because I tried to complain through the app, but the process was so complicated that I gave up. I think it’s unacceptable to charge for something and not deliver it.

That said, every time I’ve gone in person, the staff has been super friendly and my orders have always been right. So personally, I’ll stick to ordering in person...

This one is consistently the best Chipotle in my area and one of the best I've been to. Staff are great. Generally well cleaned and maintained. Service is quick. Many a location can be disappointing. Never this one

Goof food. Great seating inside and out. Last time I was there, I tried to give my phone number for rewards points but cashier said I needed to order on the app. It was a large order. I told her I didn't have the app. When I got home, I downloaded the app and realized I could've scanned the receipt in. She didn't tell me that. When I looked for the receipt, she never gave it to me so I think she kept my receipt to get points on her app. I didn't appreciate...
