The service is terrible, the Manager is terrible, she treats customers badly and the workers don't want to work. It's Monday and it closes at 9:00 pm. The wait for the food is excessive, the time is excessive ⏱️I was inside the restaurant with more than 15 minutes waiting for the food and the manager told me that it had closed inside that I could pick up the food through the car window ? it is a lack of respect ✊ that food company or restaurant takes a customer out while inside and picks up my food through the window. Close that restaurant if you don't want to work

Im annoyed. We came today, irdered 3 chicken strips baskets, first of all its 8bucks with no drink, which is annoying in itself. Okay so i got to the window the girl looked at me with dead eyes and said what did you get...ok. once I paid she said ok pull up and someone will bring it. I said ok can you put 2 of each sauce in the bag and she said sure. 10 minutes later thr food came out and no surprise, didnt have the extra sauce. So i sent my daughter in and they had an attitude asked her what she needs as if she was bothering them and she explained we didnt get the extra sauce and they said well you have to pay for it. OKAY BUT WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THAT WHEN I REQUESTED IT AT THE WINDOW???

Came in at 9:05pm on a Saturday and all the doors were locked people just on their phones standing on the inside looking at me messing around. So unprofessional definitely going to be call corporate this is just ridiculous.

Went thru the drive thru and was greeted. Then I asked if they had double cheeseburgers. She didn't answer, but she made sure to let out a loud sigh thru the headset. She had to push the talk button to let me hear her sigh. I said, "What? Do you?" She replied, "I guess you need more time to look over the menu."I was the only person in the drive thru, also.

Tried to order a couple blizzards. Were told they were out of one. The cashier was quick to suggest a St. Patrick's milkshake to our daughter as alternate. Despite our better recommendations, she went with the cashier's suggestion. And promptly had very little of it, because she did not like it.

You can’t go wrong with ice cream. That was not the problem. We were sitting in the lobby eating and I decided to order a blizzard for my kid. I was told no we close the dining area. Well damn, how about letting folks know yo are about to do that. But to tell me to get in my car and go through the drive through. What kind of establishment business does that. Not cool at all.
