Nice staff and quality and fun
Shout out to Nya! Girl you are a hard worker and we hope that they appreciate you! From the second we walked in, ordered our food, ate and had ice cream she never stopped working. Delivering food, taking orders, cleaning the lobby area and all with a smile. Give that girl a raise.
Amazing ice cream service was slow and very understaffed seemed like no manager around and some of the employees were sitting in the dining room the whole time we were there took about 20 minutes to get two blizzards on a Wednesday night is crazy. The cheeseburger and chicken fingers are recommended dishes, and the food is generally good. However, there have been minor mishaps, such as a messed-up blizzard and issues with supply management, as some items were out of stock during visits. Despite these inconveniences, the staff promptly addressed issues, including cleanliness in the women’s bathroom. The only downside remains the inconvenience of needing to travel to other locations.
