Ellie Lou's Brews & BBQ in the Flamingo Crossing area offers excellent barbecue that surprises even picky Carolina natives. The brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and fried green tomatoes were all highly recommended. Visitors enjoyed the moist and delicious pulled pork sandwich, as well as the outstanding fries and baked beans. The family-friendly restaurant provided great food, value, and service, feeding a family of three for around $40. Only minor complaint was difficulty in finding the entrance due to dark tinted windows.
