I’ve been a regular customer at this place for quite some time and live nearby in Horizon West, so writing this review is disappointing but necessary.
Our server, Rossana, took over 20 minutes just to come to the table for the initial greeting, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. When she finally arrived, the attitude was cold and dismissive, as if serving us was an inconvenience rather than part of her job.

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time. We genuinely like the food and have visited many times over the years. However, tonight’s experience was so disappointing that we actually left without having dinner.
