The experience was absolutely amazing as always! We love trying new things at first watch every time. It is a noisy environment, but such a cute place to go. They offered an app to check out and pay. It was so simple and easy. Absolutely loved it. It was.Nice to just eat pay and go.

I normally love First Watch but NOT this location. This is the second time we have ordered delivery and the orders are wrong and incomplete. When you call to complain their response is to bring the food back and reorder. If I could go in person, I would not have ordered delivery. They missed the drinks and brownie AGAIN! And the plate description states the dressing is placed on the side AND I request that it not be given to me ( so they can save money on what I will toss) but we get runny nasty stuff in the plates that I cannot tell what it is as although it has a beige color- it has no taste. Whatever it is must be oil based because it soaks through the cardboard plates. When I don't get incorrect orders, the food is okay but overpriced as I usually pay between $60-$85 for 3 of us to have breakfast. For that price, the food should taste better. The extra cost is not going to service because complaints of wrong orders are met with come in and reorder.

Horrible experience on valentine's day. The front lady on the register needs better attitude towards the paying customer. She was rude and loud. Ruined our whole experiance. Vegetables in one of the sandwiches were stale. Do better and treat your customers with
I felt like we were treated rather poorly compared to the folks adjacent to us, maybe they didn't like our skin color. We placed 2 orders of the same item, along with other things. The spinach in one of our orders had a strong foul smell but the other order was fine. My friend confirmed that mine had a foul smell and hers didn't, yet the waiter questioned us as if I was being unreasonable.We sat outside because we had a dog, and I was allowing her to roam away from the property. My dog never approached anyone and was not even on first watch property, but a very rude lady came out and got snappy with us and told us that she can't roam. I had no problem with it and I complied but she could have been nicer about it. Of course, nobody wears a name tag there. Worst experience that I have ever had at first watch.
