I should’ve known it would’ve been a shady experience when I walked in at 5:30 PM and there were no customers in the store. The staff was friendly enough, and my meal was ready immediately after I had placed my order. Immediately open the box in the food was cold, as if it had been sitting out on the counter for hours. I’m glad I didn’t ask for the potato salad because I wouldn’t trust that I wouldn’t get sick for eating it. The salad was also poor quality,, one giant chunk of pepper with the pith still attached, and stalks of giant pieces of lettuce that I had to eat around. You would think that being the only customer would mean I would get a hot fresh meal treated with care, but it looks like they made that plate hours ago and just handed it to me. My recommendation Is to tip after receiving your order. The meal is not worth $20 by a longshot. The only reason I didn’t send the food back is because I fear that people might do something gross to your food. I’ll not be going back.

Expensive and Small deserts

We ordered and food was cold. Gyro tasted like they sliced it 30+ minutes prior. Pita wasn’t heated. Salad had almost no toppings. Terrible experience. Flavor was fine but everything else was very disappointing

Yet again my chicken and salmon were burned beyond recognition. Why do they overcook everything? Not a good taste unless you like black char. I gave them another chance but now I'm done. Never again. Too bad.

This place has mold on the air vents and needs to be shut down. The staff here are great though but I wouldn't trust this place for food safety.

-Grape leaves? THE BEST IN ORLANDO that I have found so far. Theyre FLAVORFULL, FAT AND FULL OF MEAT! They were overly salted though and note that the regular sauce served on the side has flour in it.
-Branch manager? A disgrace! I called and spoke to her about GLUTEN FREE options. She refused to replace any pita for a few cucumbers or any other simple modifications and when I told her I was surprised because no other restaurant had ever refused that SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! How is a person like this working with customers and is even a manager!??? Note that she was not the very kind foreign lady that works there. She had no accent and sounded very American.
